Hi everyone. Hope you had a great weekend. My life has been crazy busy lately and I am so thankful to be able to stop and get creative in the craft room. It really helps me to relax and refocus when I'm stamping, coloring and creating cards. Wonder what I used to do before I became addicted to stamping?! Seems like a life time ago. Anyway, my card today features two new stamps from DRS Designs: the Sneaky Bunny and Springtime Easter Greeting.
I started by stamping the Sneaky Bunny image onto white CS with Memento Black ink. Once the image was colored with Copics, the Springtime Easter Greeting was stamped with Versafine Black Onyx ink. Some baker's twine and a yellow button was added to the white panel before gluing it onto the yellow card base. The purple frame was die cut with a Spellbinder's die. To add a bit of shimmer some clear Wink of Stella was added to the bunny's ears and the centers of the flowers. Don't you love how this little bunny is nestled in the middle of the flower pot!
Thanks for stopping by today and please stop by our on line store and check out all the new images! You can find the new images here.

It seems like just a few short weeks ago I was asking everyone to cross your fingers for me that we would get a boat load of snow... and you must have, because we did :) Last week we received another 18 inches of love from mother nature and well, to put it bluntly, I'm done with snow and winter :) and my card this week reflects it!
This is one of those miracle cards that came together just like I envisioned it. A bit more work than I thought it would be...but it was worth it in the end :)
I started my card by stamping our Flower Border on some white card stock 4 times, coloring and fussy cutting them. My light yellow layer measures 2 3/4" x 4 1/4" and I stamped the center with our Spring is Coming Greeting using blue ink and then layered all on a folded blue card that I had run through my cuttlebug.
Now, let's all cross our fingers that spring is here to stay :)
Thanks so much for stopping by!!

The Ballerina stamp has captured my heart so I made three cards using her. In this one, I did some surgery on the images. I cut her legs and made them come out at different angles so it would look like she was jumping high instead of bowing - then I made two more. I cut the Country Window curtains image and drew a long bottom instead of a short. Lastly, I took the Dance Your Heart Out Greeting and cut it up to frame the little ballerinas.
On this next card, I focused on the Dance Your Heart Out Greeting and cut out a heart. I used an inked up embossing folder to get the design on the heart and the background.
I made this one using the tea bag art from the Splitcoast Stampers Inspiration Challenge as my inspiration. I cut up the Dance your Heart Out Sentiment and added the little ballerina. I used teabags to stain up the tag and the background and then used the tea bag topper on the tag. Fun card to make.
She is just such an easy image to play with!
Hope your week is going well.
